Cloakroom Policy
The cloakroom is operative during the venue’s opening hours for each specific day and event. Deposit and collections are only available during those times.
We accept coats, jackets and bags with limited sizes.
We do not accept items of high value, fragile items or large luggage.
All bags will be searched at the premises entry point. Illegal, dangerous and hazardous items won’t be allowed and might be reported to appropriate authorities.
The cloakroom service is chargeable with a fee of £3 per item. Upon depositing you will receive a numbered ticket which corresponds with your item.The original ticket will be needed to reclaim your item. If you lose your ticket, proof of ownership must be provided and a delay in retrieving your item may occur.
The cloakroom accepts no liability for cash, valuables or fragile items stored inside the bags or pockets.
While we take utmost care of your belongings, XOYO is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to items stored in the cloakroom.
Items not collected by the end of the event or operating hours will be stored securely and will be held for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, those items will be donated to a charity. Cloakroom staff reserve the right to refuse items that pose a safety, hygiene or storage risk. Abusive or aggressive behaviour forward staff will not be tolerated. By using the cloakroom, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions in this policy.
