    5 Questions for TC

    We caught up with DnB stalwart TC ahead of Basslaced's XOYO debut for Versus, the renowned DJ also makes his XOYO debut this Friday, with Basslaced taking London by storm in the bass scene, we're very much looking forward to their inaugural outing.....

    1. Thanks for talking to us TC, very excited to have Basslaced come to XOYO Versus this Friday, first at the venue, looking forward to it?

    Yeah its gonna be SIKKK!!!

    2. You're a renowned figure in DnB, how have you seen the scene change since you first started out? We had Ingredients Records at XOYO Versus a couple of weeks ago, known for bringing a deep sound DnB, is this something you can appreciate?

    I love all the styles of drum and bass, I think since dub step came along the deb sound has been getting deeper and more underground. I am loving tunes like marka and many other deeper producers.
    The scene has changed a lot since I first started out. There are less and less anthems now. Maybe because there are more tunes or just less of a solid scene

    3. Who were and are your influences in the scene?

    Ed Rush and Optical to Dillinja - too many to mention really

    4. What plans are forthcoming from yourself for 2012?

    The very next thing is my Bass By The Tonne EP out on the 27th of feb then a few more singles and an album!

    5. Can you see DnB evolving further, if so how?

    There are so many things that have not been done in dnb. The evolution has just begun.
